Com o controle configurado, entre no jogo normalmente, MAS NÃO com o controle! Entre com o Teclado (Player 1 somente), escolha o Personagem. Quando tiver no mapa central, o Player 2 (com o Joystick) aperte o botão usado para DASH (Correr). Aí então aparecerá uma mensagem (veja abaixo).

Basta selecionar a opção Servidores, no final da tela do multiplayer, e escolher um servidor aberto e disponível para você participar e jogar junto com seus frequentadores. Estes servidores não têm influência no seu mundo principal.
O local onde eles terão que ir vai estar identificado com duas portas e em uma delas vai ter o símbolo da água e na outra o do fogo. Você terá que ser muito rápido para conseguir fazer com que os dois cheguem até o local destinado sem se machucarem.

Even though you might have some moral boost in the multiplayer and can resurrect each other as the game goes by, the enemy will also get a slightly higher HP hence making the game challenging enough for the two of you. You can still use Cuphead Cheat Engine hacks to tweak the game as you please since no one will penalize you.
